My recent stay at Il Castellaro Country House Villa exceeded all my high expectations, leaving me utterly impressed. The welcoming atmosphere created by Paolo and the team made me feel right at home, as they were incredibly attentive to my needs and even went out of their way to return some sim cards I mistakenly left behind. The warm heating in my spacious room was a delightful touch, ensuring comfort during the chilly evenings. I particularly enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities, perfect for sipping while relaxing on my private terrace overlooking the stunning garden, which was meticulously maintained. The serene sitting area near the pool was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration, making it a perfect base for adventure in the beautiful Umbria region. Il Castellaro is a hidden gem that caters exceptionally well to active travelers, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
